1. Information We Collect

When you register and use the 8100 platform, we collect several categories of information to ensure our services operate securely and efficiently. This information is divided into the following types:

Account Information

This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and password provided during registration. This information is required to verify your identity and grant access to your 8100 platform account.

Device & Browser Information

We automatically receive technical information when you access the platform, including device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and access log data. This information is used to detect unauthorised access and improve platform compatibility across devices.

Payment Information

To process deposits and withdrawals in MYR (RM), we collect information related to your chosen payment method — whether via FPX or TNG eWallet. Full bank account numbers are not stored directly on 8100 servers; processing is handled through designated payment providers operating under their own security standards.

Usage Data

We record in-platform activity such as games played, bet amounts, session duration, and interaction patterns. This data is used for security monitoring, platform improvement, and compliance with responsible gaming policies.

Cookies

The 8100 platform uses cookies to maintain your login session, save language preferences, and improve platform responsiveness on repeat visits. You can manage cookie settings through your browser, though disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information collected by the 8100 platform is used solely for legitimate service operation purposes. We do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. The specific purposes for which data is used are as follows:

  • Creating and managing user accounts, and verifying identity prior to financial transactions.
  • Processing deposits and withdrawals in MYR securely.
  • Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and unauthorised access.
  • Providing customer support and responding to enquiries accurately.
  • Monitoring platform activity to ensure compliance with responsible gaming policies.
  • Sending important account-related notifications — including transaction confirmations, security alerts, and policy updates.
  • Improving platform performance and interface based on aggregated usage patterns.

We do not use your personal data for third-party advertising or sell user profiles to any external party.

3. Data Storage, Security & Sharing

8100 stores user personal data on servers protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption — meaning all data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted and cannot be intercepted by third parties in transit. Passwords are stored in a one-way hash format and are unreadable even to our internal team.

Data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Once an account is voluntarily closed, personal data will be kept for the minimum period required under applicable Malaysian law before being securely deleted.

Third-Party Data Sharing

8100 does not share users' personal data with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

  • Payment processors: Required transaction information is shared with payment providers (FPX, TNG eWallet) solely for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals in RM.
  • Legal compliance: When required by court order, regulatory authority directive, or a lawful authority in Malaysia.
  • Fraud prevention: Limited information may be shared with third-party identity verification services solely for anti-fraud purposes.

In all instances of data sharing, we ensure that third parties are bound by appropriate confidentiality agreements and may not use the data for any purpose other than what is specified.

4. User Rights — Access, Correction & Deletion

As a Malaysia-based user of the 8100 platform, you have rights in relation to your personal data. We respect and support the exercise of these rights:

Right to Access

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. Requests can be submitted through the customer support channel after logging in and verifying your identity. We will provide a response within a reasonable timeframe.

Right to Correction

If any information we hold about you is inaccurate or out of date, you have the right to request a correction. Basic profile information can be updated directly from your account panel. For corrections to more sensitive information (such as full name or date of birth), document verification may be required.

Right to Deletion

You may request account closure and deletion of your personal data by contacting the 8100 support team. Please note that certain data may need to be retained for a period required under Malaysian law before full deletion can be carried out. Any remaining account balance will be processed for withdrawal prior to closure.

Right to Object to Processing

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for certain purposes, including marketing communications. You may opt out of promotional emails through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

5. Policy Changes & How to Contact Us

8100 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in operational practices, legal requirements, or service improvements. When material changes are made, we will notify users via in-platform notifications or to their registered account email.

The effective date shown at the top of this page will be updated whenever amendments are made. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are announced constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
