8100 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 8100 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and the 8100 platform ("Company", "we"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 8100 platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions of this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the platform. Continued use following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible in your area of residence to use the 8100 platform.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. The 8100 platform reserves the right to request identity verification at any time — particularly before your first withdrawal is processed.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity conducted using your login credentials is your responsibility, and we are not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your negligence. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
- Sharing your account credentials with any other party is prohibited.
- Creating an account on behalf of another person without written authorisation is prohibited.
- Using false information, stolen identities, or invalid documents during registration is prohibited.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
Users of the 8100 platform agree to use it solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You agree that you will not:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to manipulate the platform, games, or payment systems.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or performance of the 8100 platform in any way.
- Engaging in fraud, match manipulation, or unlawful collusion with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
- Providing misleading or false information in any communication with us.
- Reselling, transferring, or allowing another person to use your account.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account termination, freezing of pending funds, and legal action if necessary. The 8100 platform reserves the right to investigate any suspected activities that breach these terms without prior notice.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 8100 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including FPX (online banking) and TNG eWallet. No foreign currency conversion is applied to standard transactions.
Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within two to ten minutes, depending on the payment method selected. Withdrawals are processed upon successful identity verification and may take up to three (3) business days depending on the bank or payment provider involved. The 8100 platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals for anti-fraud investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected on the account.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set according to the chosen payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
- All deposits made are final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed.
- Funds deposited into an account may only be withdrawn by the registered and verified account holder.
- The Company reserves the right to decline or place a hold on any suspicious withdrawal pending an internal investigation.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The 8100 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free of errors, or be fit for any particular purpose. The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds due to technical disruptions beyond our control.
Sports Betting and casino games carry financial risk. Users acknowledge that they understand these risks and place bets at their own discretion. The 8100 platform is not responsible for any financial decisions made by users based on information available on this platform.
6. Account Suspension & Closure
The 8100 platform reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if:
- A breach of the terms and conditions set out in this document has occurred.
- The user is involved in fraudulent activity, game manipulation, or money laundering.
- Information provided during registration is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent upon verification.
- The user fails to comply with an identity verification request within the stipulated timeframe.
- There is a voluntary account closure request made by the user.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any balance in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of an internal investigation. For voluntary closures, valid balances will be processed for withdrawal once all verification requirements have been met.
7. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 8100 platform are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, republish, sell, or modify any part of the platform's content without prior written permission.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment processors. The Company has no control over the content or policies of those third-party services and accepts no responsibility for any issues arising from their use. All transactions with third parties are undertaken at the user's own risk.
8. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
The 8100 platform reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without separate notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
